Onboarding

From the spreadsheet and the WhatsApp thread to a working system, step by step. Each step says what we do, what we need from you, how long it takes and how it closes.

How it works

Eight steps. The first steps carry no cost and no commitment, and at no point during the trial are you asked for a credit card.

  1. 1

    See the system working

    15 minutes · free

Two ways, and the club chooses: walk the full step-by-step manual on your own, or take a fifteen-minute session where we put your club on screen — your categories, your rates, your tee interval.

    We do
    Prepare and present
    You do
    Attend. Nothing else
  2. 2

    Open the 30-day trial

    Same day · no card

The club's account is created with full access to every feature for 30 days. No credit card is requested at any point during the trial period.

    We do
    Set up the club's workspace
    You do
    Name the person responsible
  3. 3

    Load the club

    Week 1

We take the member roster the club already keeps and load it whole — names, categories, join dates, status. Together we define the membership categories and dues, and load the green-fee rate card: member, visitor, weekend, twilight and 9 holes. Course setup too: holes, tee interval, group size and hours.

    We do
    Load and configure
    You do
Hand over the roster and connect the club's collection account
  4. 4

First dues run and a live tee sheet

    Week 2

Each member receives their own dues with their own payment link and their own balance, and automatic reminders go on. The administrator stops being the collector. In parallel the tee sheet goes live: tee times are booked from the club's site or by WhatsApp, and the green fee is paid online.

    We do
Issue the dues and activate the sheet
    You do
Approve the amounts and the message
  5. 5

    Member portal and club website

    Week 3

The member portal opens: each member signs in with a link sent to their email — no password to remember — and sees only their own dues, bookings and tournament entries. On the higher plans the club's new website is published too, with online booking wired to the real tee sheet.

    We do
Publish the portal and the site
    You do
Choose the design, supply photos and texts
  6. 6

    Measure and decide

    Week 4

We review together what came in and what is still outstanding. The pilot is measured with one deliberately simple question: how much of the month's dues came in without anyone having to chase it?

    We do
    Present the results
    You do
Decide — there is nothing to cancel
  7. 7

    Choose a plan

    End of the pilot

Three plans with published prices, billed monthly, no lock-in. The club chooses by its size and by how much it wants to delegate.

    We do
    Activate the plan
    You do
    Choose and approve
  8. 8

    Run it, with support

    Ongoing

Support in Spanish on Chilean hours. Reports on rounds, revenue, occupancy by hour and overdue dues, on one screen. We keep the platform, the website and the payment integrations running while the plan is active.

    We do
    Maintain and accompany
    You do
    Run your day to day

What we need from you

None of this has to be tidy. We take it however you keep it.

Your customers' payments are wired to your own collection account: the money reaches you directly and never passes through us. Plans are billed month to month, and we tell you before each charge.
